Had two rounds of interview
1, Telephone interview with HR (basic round)
2, Personal Interview with panel ( technical round )
Process was slow and took 3 months.
Interview was not too difficult. German language was also tested
It was a very straightforward experience overall. They are specifically looking for someone who speaks German fluently, is highly motivated, and shows a strong willingness to learn and grow. The expectations are clear, and the role seems well-suited for eager candidates.

First CV screening, then I received security questionare. After 2-3 weeks I received email to schedule an interview with manager at the site. I received the decision in a week but HR processes took so long. I was able to start after apx. 2 months.
