Easy but the manager was rude and unprofessional. Was offered the job but passed. It would of been a nice place to work if the plant wasn't an so cold. The secretary was probably the best part of the interview.
Pretty informal and easy to have a conversation with hiring manager. Seems like a good work environment. After the interview was another interview with Human Resources. Then a drug test and a background check.
