The interview was very short and to the point. It was not challenging at all. I think because they needed new hires so badly or at least that is what I concluded after I got the job. The interview questions were quite standard. They asked what qualities I look for in a work environment as well as what qualities I look for in a manager.

Everything was done on the phone as I was in California and this was in Ohio prior to my moving. I had to talk to the manager and the supervisor. The whole interview was about 30 minutes and with my 11 years experience it was an easy conversation.
