Phone interview screening to move to next level. Sent to an on site testing area. Took two hours to complete, but very good questions. Received a phone call the next day to set up in in person interview on December the 22nd by a panel of 4. This in person interview is taking place where I hope to become the Branch Manager.

Long, but good process. Everyone was receptive and wanted to know what I wanted to do now and down the road. It was very easy communication wise including email & phone calls and they were all receptive and flexible with schedules.
very detail oriented and thorough asked STAR interview questions and pushed to get complete and thorough answers to all questions asked. it was a panel of two interviewers to one interviewee

Simple...I was an internal candidate. It was more of a formality than anything else. Most of the positions that are posted are already filled before they start holding interviews. I have applied to other positions where this is the case.
