Everything was done on the phone as I was in California and this was in Ohio prior to my moving.
I had to talk to the manager and the supervisor. The whole interview was about 30 minutes and with my 11 years experience it was an easy conversation.

The interview was very short and to the point. It was not challenging at all. I think because they needed new hires so badly or at least that is what I concluded after I got the job. The interview questions were quite standard. They asked what qualities I look for in a work environment as well as what qualities I look for in a manager.
