I went through a call screening, interviewed in person with the accounting manager, controller and took a random assessment all in the same day. They called me in to interview with the president (so this is my 2nd time in their office) They then ghosted me for a few weeks. I'd ask for updates and they would take forever to get back to me. Eventually they finally replied letting me know they hired someone else. They take weeks in-between steps. Their communication in the process sucks.
