I went in and they had me fill out an application. They didn't tell me where to take said application so I just went to the bike shop and told them why I was there. I was taken back and the shop manager talked with me about my experience and skills. If you make it this far then you will be scheduled for a test build. Basically they will have you pull a brand new bike out of a box and you will build and tune it. If that goes well, you will then go up to interview with HR.
