I received a response within 24 hours to my online application and scheduled a phone interview. The interviewer was friendly but knew very little about the position I was interviewing for and was not able to answer some specific questions I had. I had no response after my interview so I called the number I was given to inquire. I was told that I had "passed" the interview and just wait to be contacted. It was several weeks If not an entire month before I received the formal rejection email.
