I had phone interview with HR, face to face with direct manager, another one with VP and then face to face with HR. I was asked about my experience , challenges, theoretical situations that i can face and how I would act

There were 5 interviews: 1. HR, 2. Hiring Manager, 3. VP, 4. President, 5. HR Director and negotiation. This was followed with reference checks. From the first interview to signing took only 3 weeks. Every step felt like it was an open conversation of them getting to know me as an individual. Ana did a wonderful job at keeping me in the loop and providing helpful feedback throughout the rounds. After each interview I had feedback already the next working day.
