I was referred by a friend. I got an online test that I needed to do. After 2 weeks I had an face to face interview. One interview was with two team leads. They asked regular questions about my previous jobs experience. They asked me why I would like to work in insurance and what I could bring to the company having in mind that I haven't worked in an office job before. The same day I had an interview with someone from HR and a manager. The interview was very similar. One week later I got a call and was offered the job.
