The Principal, Allianz, in the initial briefing room before they hand us out for 1-on-1 interview relayed their standard salary for those who HAVE PRIOR experience, but at the individual interview, the partner gave out a different number and even made excuse of not giving any base compensation on made up and illegal excuses, even for those who have had experience under the belt. The partner wants you to just work based on benefits, the Principal was NOT AWARE of this.

Digital, vide recorded, difficult to respect the time frame, unusual to talk to the screen. Overall questions were relevant but the dialogue was missing so not sure how accurate the assessment could be.
