I was called by Allstate to notify me of their interest in my resume I uploaded to their site. They felt that I had a skill set that fit the job and were interested in knowing more about information on my resume. Within a few days I received an email saying they liked our first phone conversation and wanted to have a 1 hour phone interview scheduled with the hiring manager in the department. Within a week I got that interview which lasted about 45 minutes and consisted of a thorough explanation of the job details after he gave me his employment background I I gave him mine. He asked about my experience with using Microsoft excel and any other software related to analysis. Within 3 days I was told that I am invited to an in-person interview at their headquarters with the hiring manager. I am now waiting for the interview this week.

The interview process was incredibly awful. There were three hours of interviews in one day. There was a problem to solve with little to no information on what any of the items mean. I would not recommend even going by through this process.
