It was a 30 min montage interview. I was contacted by a recruiter to take the test. The questions or pre-defined questions which are recorded, you get a chance to listen and answer the questions. The session went well but didn't hear back from them

Took around 2 weeks to get to a Behavioral Interview. While Interviewing the initial Project manager did not join the conference call, some one else did. Seemed like they had a Good cop, bad cop Interview, which was very annoying.
