Easy questions, smooth overall process. Was easy to apply online, got the initial interview on the phone, went in for interview with 2 managers and then the agency owner. Got the call back for an interview within minutes of applying and then was in the office next day interviewing. Fast process!

Tell me about yourself and an overview of the company, then they do in-person interviews and just want to know your experience and if you're a good culture fit. You don't need experience to get the job, just a P&C license.
I participated in a group zoom interview with 10 people, they selected three of us for in person interviews at the end. Asked several questions and let everyone answer. Simple interview process
