I applied online and within a week I was emailed by the member of the AlphaSights team asking me to provide my availability over the next few days in order to organise a phone interview.

The interview process is very well organised. I had my final interview a month after sending my initial application. They provide relevant information in order to prepare throughout the different stages. The project-based interview is more technical but with enough preparation it can be a rather enjoyable experience - very interactive and insightful. The final interview was in my opinion the decisive one and the most challenging.
