You start out with a one way video interview which is basically a personality assessment. If AS thinks you'd be a good match they set you up for a one on one video interview where you talk about professional and academic accomplishments, interest in the company, and the associate program expectations. If you move on they set you up for a video interview where you directly work with a team of associates.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
