The interview process started with a one-way video interview. This round was very standard questions including skills that you are hoping to gain, why you want to work at AlphaSights, etc.
The second round was a zoom interview with one member of the hiring team. This consisted of answering questions about the company including describing the BREAD process and what I would like to achieve.

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.

The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.
