Applied through school recruiting website and was selected for a first round interview. It was entirely online through a third party website, which asked me to record answers to the following questions:
1. Why did you chose your college/university
2. Why did you chose your major
3. Tell us of a time when you displayed leadership
4. In your words, what does AlphaSights do
5. Why do you want an internship at AlphaSights
6. What are you passionate about
Once you get through the first round, they will email you to set up a skypee interview with one of their associates.

All the questions are relatively straight forward, especially if you know them beforehand. Don't worry about technical questions.

Interesting conversations. Behavioral + simulation case. If you know what the job is about and you have an interest you'll do well. Two rounds of interviews, first one was all behavioral, second one was both.
