I first completed an online, recorded interview where I was asked a few standard interview questions. Be prepared to explain what AlphaSights does, what experiences you have that are relevant to the position, and what other kinds of companies/firms you're applying to, all in 30 or so seconds. Afterwards, I was invited to do a video interview with an HR rep. While I understand that I was probably the hundredth candidate my interviewer was speaking to that day (or at least it seemed that way)—and I'm not sure whether my interviewer was purposefully trying to make me uncomfortable or what—but she appeared very distracted and uninterested throughout the interview, responding to most of my answers with a "Yeah, that's cool" and then immediately launching into her next question.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.

Good so far but the case study requiring you to already do the work for them, not ideal as while I am in agreement when it comes to testing skills however I did think it was too much given also the fact that I am also in another job.
