Two current employees interviewed me. They put me at ease during the interview which helped me perform better. An outside recruiter recommended me for an interview. I received an offer the day after the interview.

Brief phone call with HR followed by an interview with 2 hiring managers.
HR asked about my CV and my experience, the hiring managers focused more on the role itself and asked for specific examples of situations based on prior experiences.

Easy interview process, there was a screening interview and a panel interview of four people. It wasn’t hard as they only asked pretty basic accounting questions. Most of the questions were about culture fit.
