Two people interviewed me. One was a younger employee who had been working for Altria for 3 years, while the other was his mentor, someone who had worked there for over 20 years. It was all behavioral questions. Tell me a time you were in so and so situation.

Hirevue process is pretty straightforward. They ask around 8 questions and give you 3 attempts to record yourself. There is a video before you can respond where they ask the question.

There was a hirevue, panel, and then brand-audit process. It had a panel with 2 women which I loved because it is very rare. I recommend practicing for the panel because they accept a certain answer as well.
