First an online interview which was pretty easy, a lot of questions about you, specially behavioral questions. Second interview was hard! 2 people interviewed me and they make you solve a Sales problem during the interview

the interview was about an hour long and consisted of interview questions using the STAR method and then at the end we did a sales simulation in which we were given a sheet to study for five minutes and the interviewers would come back in the room and we would pitch a sale to them.

Questions asking about how you solve problems in different situations. Emphasize using the SAR method to describe a situation, action, and result. Then moved on to a case study question where they present information about a hypothetical sales interaction.
