There was a preliminary phone interview to see if I might be the right person for the job. Once I completed the phone interview, my resume was forwarded to the hiring manager and I was asked to schedule an interview. The face-to-face interview was fairly easy and I was asked many of the same basic questions asked during the preliminary interview. I was asked where I see myself in five years. I was also asked what I would do in the event that I was faced with certain situations on the job (conflict with coworker, meeting deadlines etc.). The interview lasted about ten minutes. I was told that I would be notified within a week whether I had been selected for the position.
