I was submitted for two positions(Systems Engineer & Systems Administrator). I applied via recruiting agency. Got scheduled for in-person interview within a week. There was no phone interview. Just the managers for both positions were present at the interview. Questions were pretty straight forward. Questions were strictly technical. No behavioral questions. Both were more particular about the versions and year of softwares such as Global traffic Manager and Local traffic manager versions, VMWare, Windows server etc. Both manager spent about 10mins telling me about one of my previous employer that they used to work for them. I thought the interview was about me & the job not previous manager of an old company. Terrible waste of time and they lied to the recruiter why they would consider another candidate.
