telefonisch interview na online sollicitatie en na reactie per mail waarin interview afspraak werk voorgesteld . dit telefonisch interview vond ca. 3 weken na sollicitatie plaats en ik wacht momenteel op antwoord. De functie in Madrid bidet momenteel geen match vanwege eisen die gesteld worden aan het goed beheersen van de Spaanse taal. gekeken wordt of er buiten Spanje mogelijkheden zijn.

geef je huidige salaris indicatie en ben je bereid minder te accepteren
interesse om buiten Spanje voor Amazon te werken?
Ghosted me after the interview, and they did not notify me I was no longer under consideration. I manually had to check the job portal to verify job application status after a virtual assessment and interview.
The interview process is very robust. You speak with many different people but they moved quickly. Some questions are out of the box and some are straightforward. Overall it was a good experience.

Proceso largo y tedioso, tanto preguntas teoricas como de resolución de problemas. 3 diferntes niveles, Primero un examen, despues videoentrevista y la ultima rueda de entrevistas. Menos la ultima ronda el resto realizadas por externos a la empresa.
