I was referred by someone at Amazon for Technical Customer Service Associate - AWS.
The position is purely related to Customer Account and Billing. More in the Financial Service of AWS.
The Process had 3 rounds
1. Written Test (Quant and Apti, Grammar, Some Basic Questions related to the Internet/Computer, Basic Question related to the AWS and E-mail writing)
The time allotted is 60 mins.

There is 0% Technicality involve in the particular role, so if you are from the Technical Background, like me, you should avoid joining the same

First there will be a aptitude test ,where u will be asked questions on english, maths, reasoning and aws cloud computing.
Second round will be a online versant test ,where they check your speaking skills.
Third round will be techanical interview. Amazon conduct interview on the basis of amazon leadership principles .
Fourth round will be another interview where questions on aws , cloud computing will be asked ,it is also an elimination round .

The hiring process take 4 phases: First online assestment, if you succeed they book a phone interview that lasts 1 hour.
If you succeed you go for the last phase that is separated in 4: Assestment and 3 interviews lasting 4 hours in total. Very stressfull and demanding process. They take the Leadership Principals very seriously and prepare all your answers for a STAR method.

Colloquio
Had an online interview process consisting of 4 rounds. Starting from testing written, communication skills to technical skills. It had 2 HR rounds as well. Although timings were a concern(delayed processes), the person taking the interview was really professional and polite.
