After a couple of video interviews, the on site interview is a full day consisting of 5 separate interviews with different stakeholders related to the position being applied for. Each interview is an hour long.

The interviews are all STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) based related to the role. One of the questions asked was "Tell me about a time where you got a team of people together to deliver an amazing result"
