The screening call was and first interview were good and professional. They have a clear method of interviewing and generally tell you what to expect and how to prepare.
The only challenge was the prep session for the group (on-site) call. I would have appreciated if they would have described the competency evaluation that would take place during that call -- what to expect, what they were looking for there. I ended up going into the final interview using techniques that were most appropriate for the earlier interview and didn't have ready-made examples for the types of questions they actually asked.

Very positive experience. The down side was there were 6 rounds of interviews in total but they were scheduled close together. Communication was excellent and a huge amount of helpful resources provided to you to help you prepare.
Phone interview. Asked 4 typical question. The Amazon phone interview was structured and focused on behavioral questions using the STAR method. The interviewer was professional, asking about leadership principles, past challenges, and decision-making. It felt fast-paced yet conversational. I shared clear examples from my experience, highlighted results, and ended confident I demonstrated impact and fit.

It was a long but a well designed one. There are tips online that one should go over before the interview process. It can take more than one month to complete the steps, so one should be patient while taking all the tests and other stuff.
