The interview took 3 hours, and it was with 3 different interviewers along with a brief overview of the STAR format. I recommend you prepare responses that can earn the trust of the Interviewers, and I would also brush up on the Amazon prep guides/website to learn more

Q: How would you respond in the event that an Experienced AM is not following safety measures?
It was a straight forward process. The recruiters assist candidates, in order to make sure that you are prepared for the 2 rounds of interviews. They are very helpful during the process.

Tell me A time that you had to adapt to a change in the middle of a project. (Something off the sort)
First a very easy behavior screening process, with very basic math. Then another round video interview with two recruiters, it might take around 2-3 hours. Then you get the decision letter.
