You come in, check in and present your social and ID and they then hand you your desired schedule and then they sit you down along with 20 other people. Then one of recruiters of whatever you call them do a mini presentation on what you should expect in a Fulfillment, Sort, and Delivery station.

No interview process, went in and had the job essentially. No dress code just documentation to take to get set up on system. All welcoming and friendly though, very informal
The entire online process feels relentlessly exhausting and painfully tedious. Every step leads to another obstacle, another delay, another unnecessary complication. Instead of progress, it feels like moving through an endless maze of barriers, friction, confusion, and constant interruptions.
