had one phone interview -less technical and more management followed by onsite. 6 interviews back to back. some were technical and some were scenarios based, management, what-if, how to handle this etc over all interview process went fine. The weird this is this: 4 days after the interview, I got a call from "hiring manager", who said I cleared the interview. we started talking about position, where will I go in title after I join etc. Then I casually asked, "do you guys consider me for Principal" -- thats it. he said he will get back to me. After a couple of days, I get an email from HR saying, they are NOT going to proceed with me - very weird twist in the process.
