Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Amazon (Cape Town) nel mese di ott 2024
Colloquio
All in all had 7 sessions with the Amazon team. The fist Telephonic interview was the easiest, it’s a general interview about yourself and experience. I have over 10ths experience so I felt it to be a summary of my career in an hour, it’s all about first impressions in this one.
The next round was 5 1 hour long interviews with 4 direct team members you’ll be working with and one random interviewer who knows little about the role but is there to focus more on the leadership principles.
Interviews were very casual, was a pleasant xperience… if you know your stuff it should be a breeze, know your leadership principles and how to speak to them with specific stories from your past experiences that demonstrate the principle in question, using the STAR method is merely a guideline to answer the questions it’s not a rule! My style is little more conversational so I used it to formulate the structure of my response but found myself flowing naturally about my experiences. be honest and you should be fine!
