I only had an opportunity to participate in the 1st Phone Screen conducted by a TAM for one 1 hour. In general the interviewer seemed very professional and competent, even personally inspiring since I've asked about his career path that led him to this position. Great that they give chances to people from completely different industries. Very top impression.
