The interviewers were very friendly and easy to talk to. I spoke to five people: two documentation managers, an editor, a programmer writer, and a software engineer manager. I was offered a break between each interview. The interview process was very organized. Each interviewer took detailed notes on their laptops. I could tell these were going into a format or matrix that would be evaluated later.

about 5 rounds of interviews. almost 90% of the questions are based on leadership principles, and a few at the end based on technical knowledge. they also ask for old work samples.
