The entire process consists of 3 rounds of interviews over approximately 3 weeks: 1. First Round: Interview with the manager focusing on your background, skills, and alignment with the role. 2. Final Round: Conducted in one day with the manager and HR manager, assessing technical/business acumen, cultural fit, and alignment with AWS’s leadership principles.
