      Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Amedisys

      Phone interview first. It did not go well. The lady was obviously reading from a list of questions which is no problem but She seemed agitated that my answers were too long and seemed rushed. She was also not actively listening to me as on two different questions she asked, I had already answered it in my discussion on a previously asked question. When it came time for me to ask questions, she could not answer most and they were basic job specific questions. She also told me that one of my questions was too premature at that point in the interview process yet I was asked a couple of pretty personal questions about my job so I assumed I could get more detailed info as well. Either way, no question a candidate asks is premature. *Important to remember that candidates are interviewing the employer as well and sometimes they want as much info up front so time is not wasted. It is an employee’s market right now so they are critiquing the employer just as much. I knew the interview was not going well and knew I would not receive a call back and I didn’t make it to the next step. I read a lot about the company and thought it sounded great but After that experience, I would not want to work for a company like that so wouldn’t have proceeded to the next step anyway.
