I had an interview with the enterprise product team and it was a weird experience. The team and I both realized pretty quickly it wasn’t the right culture fit. The hiring manager became extremely rude after and condescending, asking me dumb questions like “Do you like fruits?” “Do you like cats?”. What a weird experience and I’d absolutely skip this company if you’re a foreign applicant. I could tell this company never had any experience hiring or interacting with non-Americans and isn’t truly diverse.

The process is pretty quick. A phone call and virtual interview with 3-4 members from the team. It seems like there is a lot of work on their end, and they need more hires to help out as soon as possible. Very casual interview, but the role I applied for and the position they interviewed me for was different. Very misleading. They need a better format. The team members don't have value or respect, or even courtesy towards the applicants. Nothing much to lose with this AA's design team.
