After applying online, if you make it through this process, you will be a part of a group Zoom interview. If you succeed through this round, you are invited to an in-person interview in Dallas. You can either be offered a CJO in Dallas or later, or be declined the job in Dallas or later on.

Video group interview then in person with 40 other applicants. Asked behavioral questions and personality questions. The video interview lasted about 30-45 minutes. Then the in person was a whole day process.
