Sought out by the individual Agency after they viewed by resume to come in for an interview. Had a very brief call and in person meeting and moved into their Stage 2, which is essentially a group of people they are trying to recruit. Felt like they were trying too hard to make it seem like a great place to work, when things sound to good to be true they usually are.

First round was a general webinar/ zoom with zero interaction - more of a business presentation about the opportunities, followed by a survey form to fill out and return. 2nd round was maybe a 20 minute 1 on 1 interview where I was offered the position on the spot.

Standard interview questions - had a group interview and then a one-on-one with branch manager. went through all the steps to obtain cert and timeline to get started. Made aware that this position is purely commission based.
