The hiring process is standard for the business. They will mention all of the millionaires that work for the company and then explain why it is a commission only job. Commission only is fine, but AIL products, sales tactics, and general target demographic is the worst in the business; similar to Globe Life in their bottom tier rank.

They assume all applicants are clueless about the business before they meet for an interview. Be warned, their hiring is nothing more than a revolving door. Do your homework and skip this company altogether!

Virtual group interview with about 11 people. They gave a breakdown of what would be required (An insurance license) and what we could expect. There is no base salary and each sale is estimated to average $500

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
