It’s a group presentation. Not really an interview. As it’s for a contractor position. You’ll not be an employee.
They are not upfront at all. This is a sales position. You have to sell insurance and recruit other people to sell insurance. It is commission only. They will not give you straight answers to questions about those matter. They are high turnover and everyone has to also recruit for a pyramid-scheme style ‘team’ structure (which explains the multitude of high reviews on places like Glassdoor).
I declined to pursue this opportunity. Then, severs months later I got a call from them again. I didn’t connect the dots right away, and I asked them explicitly if it was a sales/commission based job and the lady on the phone said ‘no.’
Then I did some research and saw that it was these guys again. And I was blatantly lied to this time, because it is EXCLUSIVELY commissioned based for the first year, then you can earn some residuals.
Lying to candidates isn’t a good long-term strategy.

Domanda 1
Do you want to own your own business (and other irrelevant nonsense). It’s a group presentation. The questions are all rhetorical.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.

You’ll first receive an invitation to watch an introductory video. Then, you’ll be invited to a group presentation. After that, you’ll complete a one-on-one interview with a manager before getting hired.
