I was told my interview was at 9:30 didn't see anyone until 10:15, and I showed up early as you would. Very quick brief and not in depth. They ask: What three thing motivate you to come to work? Very lengthy 2nd interview. He just spoke for and hour and half after 40 applicant in the conference room introduced themselves. I was invited to the third interview but am contemplating the actual position because it is 100% commission.

Process was disjointed and inconclusive. Zoom - 3 total. 1st- basic meet-greet. 2nd- a company promo video you watch alone mostly about an annual convention in a tropical location: nothing specific about the job. 3rd- "Host is in another meeting," waited 20 mins and left, so it never happened.

There wasn't a real interview. Never got to find out about the agency or the actual position. If it's that disorganized and disrespectful from the get-go, I want nothing to do with it.
