You start by assisting a group presentation, then they interview you individually. They hire anybody. Basically, if you want to work and have a car you're hired. They just make it look fancy as in you're selected because of your resume and experience, but once you go through the process you'll realize what I'm saying is true.

Interview so far was fair, mainly a presentation about the company, in group setting, with a manager 1:1 afterwards. Overall more a discussion than an interview, with a signup to start learning for the licensing exam.

Overview video was watched. Also answered some questions at the end. Once questions are reviewed someone will reach out (if thought to be a good fit ) for a second interview. This part could take anywhere from a few hours to 24 hours. Once on to next step an interview will be conducted via zoom.
