After a phone screen interview, I was asked to interview on site. The people I met were very professional, yet relaxed. I met with the supervisor, peers and staff member. The interviewing supervisor was very honest about the challenges that the company had / has and this was very respectable. The interview process overall was well done. I appreciated the 360 degree interview.
