While the interview process itself was nothing too complicated, the non responsiveness showed how little respect recruiters have at Amplify. After completing an assessment, assignment, and interview I was told i would hear back in a few days or so. Almost two weeks later, and the recruiter that was once responsive hasn’t responded back to any emails and no decision was shared with me. The job market is tough right now, but at least have the decency to send a rejection email instead of ghosting a candidate that has taken the time to apply and interview with you company.
