You have to take a math test and then a recruiter interviews you. They’re all very nice. They guy who interviewed me made me feel super comfortable as at ease (I was scared and nervous)
I applied online and was called for an interview at one of their branches. I had a total of two interviews and was offered the job during the second interview.

Basic math test followed by interview questions. You are then sent to a lab to get drug tested and then you email your recruiter the paperwork from the lab.

They have you complete a short pre-employment math quiz to test your basic math skills during the interview. They will ask you if you're willing to work at least 40 hours a week. They don't hire for part time. You will most likely be asked if you're okay with working overtime.
