I applied online. I was contacted by a recruiter and scheduled an initial phone screen with her. I then did a phone interview with the hiring manager, who was not local. I then interviewed with a panel of key executives from the business units my team would support. Lastly I interviewed with a couple of the Human Capital Business Partners. I was then offered the position with the condition of passing the background check, physical and drug screening.
