Colloquio
Interviewed with 4 people, one at a time. I don't have any complaints about the process or the actual interviews, but the total disrespect and lack of common courtesy after the interview is what bothers me. I was led on; led to believe that everything had gone really well, and that I'd probably be getting an offer. At the very least, I would have heard something within the next five days. Well, it's been about six or seven weeks now, and I've heard nothing but crickets. So unprofessional. I don't know; maybe this makes them feel good and powerful?
That's OK - I'll never use Angie's List (Nor Home Advisor!) in the future for their services either.

Standard call with recruiter then hiring manager and multiple rounds. It wasn't a really positive experience. It felt kind of like they were just trying to get innovative ideas from me

Recruiter + hiring manager. All very standard questions about my experience and my prior product roles / launches. I dropped out of the interview process early so did not complete the final rounds
Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 3 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Angi (New York, NY) nel mese di feb 2024
Colloquio
The interview process was only 3 steps - recruiter call, hiring manager call, and then a take home project. The project requests that the candidate to solve a real-time company problem, poorly veiled with dummy data. I have spoken to many other candidates who also did this project, and the roles were never filled. This unpaid crowd sourcing is unethical, and shows that Angi does not value candidates.
