The interview process took around 2 months since I applied online until I had an interview with a technical manager. There was a previous interview with a recruiter. The process was very disorganized. It seems there was a fail in the communication between the recruiter and the technical manager: - They repeated several questions (see them below) during their respective interviews. - The recruiter sent me the availability of the technical manager to arrange an interview. There was a gap of 10 days between the current date and the first date he was available. I chose one of the available spots. Two days before the interview, the recruiter asked me to reschedule it because there was an overlap with other activity of the technical manager. I initially thought I had to wait another week for the interview, but actually I had to wait 2 weeks because the recruiter asked me to reschedule it again. The technical interview was easy. The most "difficult" question was to explain the difference between implicit and explicit integration schemes. I asked the technical manager about the pros and cons of working for the company. He only described one cons: "sometimes the office is cold".

Talk to recruiter then talk to hiring manager then panel with presentation and Q&A followed by one-on-one. Presentation about own research asked. 4 people were scheduled for panel only 3 showed up. Took them more than two weeks to get back.
