Interview process included (1)phone screen (2)technical interview (3)panel interview with 5 random associates with 5+ years with the company. There were 3 leet codes (1)roman numeral converter (2)tree traversals (3)don't remember but easy/medium level LC. I completed all 3 except for a few edge cases. I was a little surprised I got an offer because there was nothing really special about my interview performance, it was very average. Perhaps they lowered their bar since they have a shortage of engineers. They said what stroke out is that I had a good personality and seemed competent. The team seemed relatively liberal, kind, and open minded.
